Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Customers should inspect all orders immediately upon receipt.

If an item arrives damaged or if products are missing from your order, please contact us promptly with your order number, photos of the damaged product and packaging, and any supporting information needed to review the issue.

Claims for damaged or missing items may be denied if not reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

7. Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days from the original date of purchase.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. TTMI – Tropical Tile & Marble Inc. does not cover or reimburse shipping costs for items being returned unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Opened, used, damaged, special order, clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items are not eligible for return.

All returns are subject to inspection before approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
