Return Policy
At TTMI – Tropical Tile & Marble Inc., we want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days from the original date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned with proof of purchase or original receipt

Returned within 14 days of the purchase date
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. TTMI – Tropical Tile & Marble Inc. does not cover or reimburse shipping costs for items being returned.
Once the item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Non-returnable items include:

Opened or used products

Damaged items not caused by TTMI

Special order items

Clearance or final sale items

Items returned after 14 days from the date of purchase
Customers are responsible for returning the product to TTMI unless otherwise approved.
